These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at wmaviation.com and any services offered by Waltzing Matilda Aviation LLC ("WMA," "we," "us," or "our"), including our SMS messaging program described below. By accessing the site, contacting us by SMS, or submitting our contact form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. SMS Program Terms

Program Name: WMA Customer Support.

Use Case: Conversational/Alerts — including ticket confirmations, flight and scheduling status updates, and customer support replies in response to your inquiry.

• Opt-In: You may opt in by texting START to 855-962-3591 or 855-569-1411, by initiating a text conversation with either number, or by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at /contact.html.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at DWiebe@wmaviation.org.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and ongoing conversations.
• Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
• Carriers: Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS program.
• Privacy: Your phone number and SMS content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website or SMS program to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or any harassing, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the operation of the site, or transmit malicious code.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts.
